For US orders, we entrust your deliveries to our preferred shipping partners, including FedEx, with occasional use of USPS and UPS. Typically, FedEx shipments take between one to 7-15 days for delivery. However, it's important to be aware that larger rugs shipped via freight may necessitate additional time for delivery.
Once you receive your tracking number, we recommend regularly monitoring its status. If your order's tracking number indicates "delivered," yet you have not received your order, we kindly request you to contact our Customer Support team promptly. This enables us to provide you with the best possible assistance. It is important to note that any FedEx/UPS/USPS/freight shipment not reported as missing within 5 days after the delivery status is shown on the tracking number will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
